Windows SmartScreen Warning

Issue: "Windows protected your PC" message appears when installing
Solution: Click "More Info" → "Run Anyway". The app is safe but currently unsigned. Code-signing certificates are in progress and will be implemented in a future release.

App Won't Start

Issue: Nothing happens when launching the app
Solutions:

  • 1. Right-click the exe → Properties → Unblock → Apply
  • 2. Try running as Administrator
  • 3. Check if your antivirus is blocking it
  • 4. Reinstall using the .msi installer

Shutdown Canceled Unexpectedly

Issue: Scheduled shutdown doesn't happen
Solution: Check if CPU/Network awareness is enabled - it may have detected active tasks (downloads, rendering, etc.) and automatically delayed the shutdown to protect your work.

Settings Not Saving

Issue: App forgets settings after restart
Solution: Make sure the app has write permissions to its folder. If using portable version on a USB drive, the drive must not be write-protected.
